Communication between whistleblower and case administrators via a secure chat. The system ensures that the whistleblower’s anonymity is maintained throughout the entire case-handling process.
However, offering anonymous reporting is not a legal requirement. The option to report anonymously can therefore be disabled in the system settings. In that case, the whistleblower must provide their name when submitting a report. The report remains confidential and is only accessible to authorized users.
